LaTeisha Cheney is a Georgia native and full-time real estate professional with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for helping others build wealth through homeownership. She holds a Master of Accountancy from Kennesaw State University and spent more than 15 years in the accounting industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for financial literacy, strategy, and detail. Her path to real estate began in 2020 through hands-on investment projects, where she discovered a natural passion for the industry. In 2022, LaTeisha earned her real estate license and began assisting family and friends with purchasing homes. By the end of 2024, she made the bold decision to leave accounting behind and pursue real estate full-time—a move that has allowed her to fully align her career with her purpose. Today, LaTeisha is known for her client-first approach, clear communication, and strong negotiation skills. She is committed to educating her clients at every stage of the process, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and supported from start to finish.
